I was out of the main building myself, dealing with some of the 'help' he'd brought. I don't know if your brother was down there, but it sounds like it all went as well as can be expected, considering what we were up against.

Shouldn't've been around. He's still recovering after one of those things - witches, I think people're calling 'em - tore him up some.

He's just glad to hear Papyrus wasn't trying to deal with that mess, especially if he's recovering from an injury... though what kind of injuries a skeleton could garner does raise some questions.]
I assume with promises he doesn't intend to keep. However he did it, we took care of it for now, at least until someone else tries to stir up trouble.
You know who he might've had with him? If they prove to be trouble down the line...

Nick doesn't want him getting into much more trouble if he can help it, especially if the guy is willing to clean up his act.

As for Sato himself, he was armed to the teeth with explosives, so either he's managed to make those himself, or he's got someone doing it for him. Either way, he's clearly been taking pages from Rage.
[At least the gods can handle the buildings that were damaged from people who caved to what Rage was handing out. People are a lot harder to deal with.]
So I've heard. He's been on our radar for a while now. We've had a couple of reports come in about him already, but if you've got any more, I'm happy to add them to the list. We might not have a lot of authority here, but we have to figure out something to do with him.

I've spoken to Warrick a couple of times, and while I can't say he's exactly a pillar of our community, having someone try to murder you over a video game is extreme. Given how Sato was trying to rile up folks on the network, I don't doubt he would've done it. If he's working with Rage, there's a price -- there always is. Hell, he might've even wanted to trade the body for ammunition the way they do with the monsters in the caves.
[And while Nick doesn't know it, that's not too far off the mark.]
You don't think Rage gave him one of those blessing thingies? 'Cause he's provin' to be problematical enough without addin' more to his little arsenal.

We're still working on it. Like you said, we don't really have the resources to just keep someone locked up, even if that someone is dangerous all on his own. Last person we had to deal with agreed to community service once we took his phone away.
[He likes to think he's pretty on the up and up as far as news goes - knows just about everybody well enough to catch wind of most of the chatter. The network helps, 'course.
But if there's more people prone to bouts of violence abound, it'd help to know.]
That was Mello, several months back when that fog rolled into town. He's not our biggest fan, but he's kept himself out of trouble since thing, relatively speaking.

If he'd known the guards kept paper notes of these sorts of things, he would've popped down to the central headquarters a whole lot sooner, just to get his phalanges on those notes firsthand. Not for nothin', but he's a general fan of cuttin' out the middle man, so to speak, and headin' right to the chase.
Still, it ain't like Undyne kept real organized records back in the Underground. But Undyne don't run this guard.]
